To strengthen its new energy vehicle export business, address key challenges in order development and delivery, and improve the conversion rate of potential orders, QUANTUM held three progressive business workshops on July 16, July 23, and July 31, 2026. The meetings were held at the Atlantic Hall of Shanghai Tower, with all sales personnel, supervisors, and management team members participating.

The three workshops followed a clear progression and focused on practical business challenges. Discussions covered successful case reviews, solutions to order-related difficulties, potential order analysis, and key problem identification. Based on real international trade scenarios, QUANTUM team members examined common challenges involving vehicle test-drive procedures, cross-border transportation, customer relationship management, customs declaration, invoicing, and transit arrangements for restricted markets.

Throughout the workshops, team members actively shared practical experience, analyzed the causes of business challenges, and explored standardized solutions to improve operational efficiency. The practical and collaborative discussions helped identify bottlenecks in order development and delivery while strengthening coordination across the team.

The workshops also established three key priorities for future business development: conducting offline market research, expanding opportunities through international auto shows, and improving the management and updating of business records. These initiatives will help build a stronger foundation for long-term business growth and more effective overseas market development.

By creating a complete business optimization cycle through continuous review, problem-solving, and implementation, the three workshops helped QUANTUM unify execution standards, strengthen practical capabilities, and clarify the direction for future order development.
